Returns

We accept returns of unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please email info@ehsaascandles.com with your order number. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@ehsaascandles.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will happily arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank.
